About Basil Essential Oil

Topically: Apply to the skin. Dilute with carrier oils to avoid skin problems.
Aromatically: Place 1-2 drops on your palms and inhale.
Steam Inhalation: Put 2-5 drops of essential oils into 2-3 cups of boiling water and inhale.
Electric Diffuser: Add 2- 3 drops of essential oils in an electric diffuser and inhale.
Bath: Add a few drops to your bath and enjoy the aroma.
Massage: Mix 1-2 drops of essential oils with 1 cup of coconut oil and massage onto skin.
